If you lost it and you want it back, just make a plan to get it back (healthily and safe of course) and if you think that you like this new change or don’t mind, just flaunt what ya got. Never for feel bad for gaining weight. If you dont enjoy seeing the weight, you may use that as a motivation to be active and healthy and determined. Hope I have helped!
